Free trial and paid access are different

An unpaid trial has no plan payment to refund. A confirmed plan purchase provides the purchased billing period. Paid access is not a promise of an unconditional seven-day refund.

Trial allowance: up to 100 included credits in total and 20 per 24 hours, within the trial plan limits. Unused trial credits do not become a separate credit pack.

How your included credits become available

For new paid access, the first 7 days include up to 100 plan credits in total and 20 per 24 hours, within your plan limits. The remaining plan allowance becomes available automatically afterwards. Separately purchased credit packs are available immediately.

The rules shown and accepted for an order are recorded with that order. Later setting changes do not replace those rules. Existing paid customers keep their previously agreed allowance.

Refund review and payment costs

Contact support with your order reference to request a refund review. We check the purchase terms, payment status and recorded usage. Provider and payment processing costs may already have been incurred; their existence does not automatically authorize a deduction from your refund. Applicable consumer rights and the terms agreed at purchase take precedence.

A refund and cancellation of automatic renewal are separate actions. Confirm renewal cancellation in billing. Processing time, currency conversion and bank handling depend on the payment provider; verify the final refund amount in the provider confirmation.
