Open Bulk Posts in your workspace and download its CSV template. Keep the supplied column names and use UTF-8 when exporting a spreadsheet. Check a small file before preparing a large batch: each row becomes a publishing item for each selected account, so three rows sent to two accounts can create six items. Account access, row limits and publishing capacity follow your plan.
Check destinations, media and dates
Select the connected accounts in the channel selector and confirm their identity. Follow the exact caption, media and schedule columns in the downloaded template rather than assuming another tool uses the same format. Check the working time zone, future publishing dates and media accessibility. A valid CSV does not remove platform format, authorization or account-type restrictions.
Inspect the batch before repeating it
Upload the CSV and review validation feedback and batch processing records. Check individual publishing outcomes in the workspace. If delivery is unconfirmed, inspect the destination account before submitting the same row again. Correct the affected data or authorization and retry only the items that need it; importing the whole file again can produce duplicate posts.
Your completion checklist
Use the current workspace template and UTF-8 encoding
Confirm every selected account and the resulting item count
Verify dates, time zones and media access with a small batch
Review individual outcomes before retrying
Questions before you start
Can I import any spreadsheet?
Export a CSV using the current template columns. A spreadsheet file or another service’s CSV may use incompatible field names or date formats.
Should I upload the same file again after a timeout?
First inspect batch records and destination accounts. A timeout alone does not prove that nothing was created or published. Retry only after confirming which items need attention.
Choose capacity around your work
Review connected accounts, team seats, monthly publishing volume, storage and included credits. Feature availability follows your plan and workspace permissions.
Network capabilities depend on account type, permissions and platform APIs. AI and paid API usage consume credits. Renewal, taxes and payment terms are shown at checkout.
