Welcome to use our software products and services! We understand the importance of your personal information, and we are committed to protecting the security of your personal information by taking appropriate security measures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. For this reason, Medash service providers ("we") have developed this Medash Privacy Policy ("this Policy" / "this Privacy Policy") to help you fully understand how we collect, use and protect your personal information in the process of using our products and services. It is important that you read and understand this policy carefully before you begin using our products and services, with particular emphasis on our bold/bold underlined terms. You agree the Privacy Policy means that you are aware of the features and content of Medash products and services, and the necessary personal information required for the operation of Medash products and each functional module, value-added services, etc., and give the corresponding authorization for collection and use it, unless you read and accept all the terms of this agreement, please do not download, install or use Medash products and related services. By clicking to agree, downloading, installing, using, or logging in, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of your agreement with us regarding the Medash Services, whether in electronic or non-electronic form.
This Policy applies to all products and services provided to you by Medash service providers in the form of websites, software clients, cell phones, and new forms that emerge as technology develops. Except for the information collection and use activities described in this Policy, this Policy does not apply to other services provided to you by Medash's partners or other third parties, which are subject to the personal information collection and use rules that they have separately stated to you.
The personal information we need/may need to collect and use about you in connection with your use of our products/services includes either:
· In order to achieve the basic function of providing our products and/or services to you, you must authorize us to collect and use the necessary information. If you refuse to provide the corresponding information, you will not be able to use our products and/or services properly.
· In order to achieve the additional functions of our products and/or services provided to you, you may choose to individually agree or not to agree to the information we collect and use. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use the additional features properly or to achieve the functional effect we intend to achieve, and will not affect your use of our basic features.
We would like to remind you that we are committed to creating a variety of products and services to meet your needs. Due to the variety of product modules and services we provide to you, and the difference in the scope of specific products/services that different users choose to use, the basic/additional features and the corresponding type and scope of personal information collected and used may vary.
We provide you with services based on the package or feature module you create a Medash account and subscribe to with Medash. In order to create a Medash account you will need to provide us with at least your cell phone number or email address. If you refuse to provide such information, you will not be able to register for a Medash account.
When you use Medash products and services, Medash automatically receives and records information on your browser and computer, including, but not limited to, your IP address, browser type, language used, date and time of access, hardware and software characteristics, and the pages you visit, your service logs and operational logs.
To ensure that we are providing the Services to you personally, we may verify your identity based on the information you provide above. If there are scenarios where we are required by law to determine your necessary identity (including protecting the rights and interests of minors, combating telecommunication network fraud, withholding taxes for you, and identifying relevant subjects in administrative law enforcement or judicial proceedings), you may authorize the face recognition verification channel provided by us to verify the information for the above purposes.
You can choose to further improve the account information of this product, you can provide us with your nickname, cell phone number, etc. to obtain additional services that better meet your needs. You can also choose not to provide, but you will not be able to access the relevant services, but it does not affect the normal use of other features and services.
Medash may from time to time launch operational activities for newly launched services and features. If you participate in the relevant operational activities, we will collect information including but not limited to your identity and contact information through the operational activities interface in order to get in touch with you, verify your eligibility for rewards, and issue operational rewards to you. If you do not participate in the relevant operational activities, you do not need to provide the aforementioned information, if you participate in the operational activities but refuse to provide, you will not be able to obtain the relevant rewards.
Medash collects store information (only from independent sites that support this feature) for the user's own marketing scenarios if the user actively authorizes it. If you do not authorize, you may not be able to use the marketing-related features.
In order to pay for your order, you may need to provide an Alipay account, a WeChat account or choose another payment method to pay. For example:
· If you choose Alipay, we will share your Medash account number, corresponding Alipay account member name, order payment related information, order security related device information and other necessary information required by anti-money laundering laws with Alipay through the Alipay SDK.
· If you choose WeChat, we will share your Medash account number, corresponding WeChat account member name, order payment related information, order security related equipment information and other necessary information required by anti-money laundering laws with WeChat through the WeChat SDK.
· If you choose another financial institution, we will also share the necessary information about your card payment, including your bank card number and expiration date, with the corresponding financial institution of your choice.
To confirm the progress and status of your payment and provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we may collect information related to the progress of your payment from the person you have chosen to transact with.
When you contact us or submit an application for in-sale, after-sale or dispute handling, we need you to provide the necessary personal information to verify your membership in order to protect the security of your account and system.
For the purpose of contacting you, helping you solve your problem as soon as possible or recording the solution and result of the relevant problem, we may keep your communication, correspondence/call records and related contents (including account information, address, email address, other information provided by you to prove the relevant facts, or contact information left by you) with us. We may use your account information and order information if you make inquiries, complaints or suggestions regarding a specific order.
We may also use other information about you that is reasonably necessary to provide and improve the quality of our services, including information you provide when you contact Customer Service and information you send to us in response to a survey.
When you log in to Medash using your Google account, we request access to specific types of Google user data:
· Basic profile information (userinfo.profile), including your name and profile picture
· Email address (userinfo.email)
· YouTube video and channel data (youtube.readonly)
We do not request or access any private user content beyond what is permitted by the scopes listed above.
· To authenticate your identity and link your Medash account with your Google account
· To provide a personalized analytics dashboard
· To enable you to download your own YouTube videos
· To support customer service requests related to YouTube data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your Google user data. We share only:
· With trusted cloud providers under strict data agreements
· With law enforcement if required by law
· Never with advertisers or marketers
· All Google user data is transmitted via HTTPS/TLS
· Stored with industry-standard encryption
· Access restricted to authorized personnel
· Retained only as long as necessary
· Deleted within 30 days upon account deletion or revocation
· You may request deletion anytime via support@medash.net
· Medash uses YouTube Data API Services to retrieve both public and authorized YouTube data.
· Use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
· Data is refreshed regularly (typically every 24h) and deleted within 7 days after revocation.
· Cookies may be used only for login sessions and performance, not advertising.
· Children's privacy: we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We will not share your personal information with others except:
· As required by law or regulations
· With your explicit consent
· When necessary to fulfill a contract
· With affiliates, for product/service provision, fraud prevention, or safety
Note: Information you voluntarily share may involve personal or sensitive data. Please decide carefully.
We may delegate processing of personal information to authorized partners. They will only process data as necessary and under contract.
Examples:
· Advertising and analytics partners (non-PII only)
· Vendors and service providers (technical infrastructure, payment processing, research)
If data is transferred due to merger, separation, dissolution, or bankruptcy, the recipient must continue fulfilling obligations or re-seek consent if purposes change.
We will only disclose your personal information publicly if:
· Based on your active choice and consent
· To address violations of law or platform rules, or protect public safety
You may exercise the following rights:
· Access, Correction and Supplement: via customer service or support@medsh.net
· Deletion: under certain circumstances (illegal processing, expired retention, services terminated, etc.)
· Changing the Scope of Authorization: via "My-Account and Security" or customer service
· Cancellation of Account: via customer service or email
· Automated Decision-Making Appeals: if your rights are affected by algorithms
· Response Time: we will respond within 15 days, after verifying your identity
We retain personal information only as long as necessary, or as required by law (e.g., E-Commerce Law: 3 years).
Criteria for retention: Completion of transaction, Security and service quality, User consent for longer retention, Other legal requirements
After expiration, data is deleted or anonymized.
We may update this policy as products and services evolve. We will provide prominent notice for material changes. We will not limit your rights without your express consent.
· Our services are mainly intended for adults.
· Minors must use services under guardian supervision.
· If data is collected without parental consent, we will delete it as soon as possible.
