Important Notice

Please read the terms of this Agreement carefully. When you select "I accept", "I agree", "OK", "Continue", "Yes", or install or use the Software in any way, you fully understand and accept the terms of this Agreement. Please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement, especially the terms that exclude or limit liability, which may be highlighted in bold.

1. Account Terms

·         You must be at least 18 years of age to register for a Medash account, or you must be old enough to enter into a binding contract at your location.

·         You will need to register to use Medash, select an account name and set a password. Your information will be collected and disclosed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

·         All users are required to provide true and accurate information when registering. Please do not use invalid or other people's emails, as this will reduce the security of your account.

·         We reserve the right to verify all user information and to reject any user.

·         You are responsible for all activity in your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

·         You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

·         Medash is not responsible for any damages caused by someone else using your password or account, with or without your knowledge.

·         If you discover that someone has used your account without your permission, it should be reported to support@medash.net

You may not use the Medash Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not use the Software in a manner that violates any laws of your jurisdiction.

2. Prohibited Actions

You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations and shall not use Medash's services and accounts to commit or facilitate any of the following acts:

·         Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, undermining national unity

·         Promoting evil cults and feudal superstitions

·         Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and destabilizing society

·         Disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, harassment, vulgarity

·         Insulting or defaming others and infringing on their legitimate rights and interests

·         Infringement of others' intellectual property rights, trade secrets and other legitimate rights

·         Falsifying facts or concealing the truth in order to mislead or deceive others

·         Illegal Internet activities such as gambling and gambling games

·         Other acts that violate public order and morality or are prohibited by laws and regulations

Violation Consequences:

If you commit prohibited acts, or use the Medash Software and Services for any unlawful purpose, Medash reserves the right to impose penalties, take appropriate legal action, and hold you fully liable for any resulting claims, demands, or losses.

3. Fee Terms

·         Please visit our Payment Policy page for pricing and the latest offers.

·         Certain features are free; others are paid.

·         By ordering paid features, you commit to pay the relevant fees.

·         Prices (including subscription fees) may change at any time.

·         We reserve the right to change or discontinue any service without notice.

·         Medash is not liable for modifications, price changes, or suspension/discontinuance.

4. Refund Policy

·         Medash offers pre-paid subscription packages.

·         All payments are final — no refunds for paid services.

·         No refunds or credits for: Partial months of service, Upgrades/downgrades, Unused months of an open account

·         No exceptions will be made.

5. Terms and Termination

·         This Agreement is effective upon acceptance and continues indefinitely unless terminated.

·         Medash may suspend or terminate your account at any time, leading to deletion of your account and forfeiture of content.

·         We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

·         We may modify, limit, suspend, or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement or applicable law.

·         Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

·         You may terminate your account simply by ceasing to use the Service.

·         We may also partially restrict your use, including technical support, if misused.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

·         All content, design, text, graphics, images, logos, audio, video, and related elements in Medash software are the exclusive property of Medash or its licensors.

·         All software used is the property of Medash or its suppliers.

·         Users may not upload or send content that infringes intellectual property rights.

·         All trademarks, service marks, and trade names ("Marks") are exclusive to Medash.

·         Marks may not be used with unrelated products or in ways that cause confusion or damage Medash's reputation.

7. Confidentiality and Feedback

·         Our Privacy Policy governs how we handle your information.

·         You agree to keep Medash's confidential information secret.

·         Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide ("Feedback") will remain the property of Medash.

·         You assign all intellectual property rights in such Feedback to Medash worldwide.

8. Disclaimer

·         We recommend frequent data backups.

·         The software is not fault tolerant and not intended for hazardous environments.

Medash does not guarantee:

·         Error-free or uninterrupted services

·         That servers are free of harmful components

·         Accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of services

·         Medash is not responsible for disputes between users or between users and third parties.

·         Use of the Service is at your own risk, and you release Medash from claims related to disputes.

·         Medash is not liable for damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from use or performance of the software.

·         Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions, so limitations may not apply.

·         In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price you paid for Medash.

9. Third Party Services

·         Our Services may include links to third-party websites, applications, content, products, and services ("Third Party Sites").

·         These are for information only and do not imply endorsement.

·         We are not responsible for Third Party Sites, their content, or services.

·         We do not control or monitor such sites for accuracy or legality.

·         We are not liable for damages resulting from your use of Third Party Sites.

·         Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.

10. Additional Compliance Terms (YouTube API)

If you access YouTube-related data via Medash:

·         You agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Terms.

·         We use the YouTube Data API v3 to retrieve public or authorized data (e.g., subscriber counts, metadata, performance statistics).

·         We do not collect or use personal data without consent.

·         You may revoke access anytime via the Google Security Settings page.

·         We use the term "Subscribers" in accordance with YouTube terminology.

·         Medash is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
