Create a group for a client, launch or regional team. Give it a clear name, an accent color and an internal description. A label such as “Autumn launch — UK” makes account selection easier to verify than a generic group number.
Select existing connected accounts
Add the accounts already available to your workspace and confirm their platform and identity. Groups help organize recurring selections. Team permissions still control who can access an account; a group is not a replacement for member access settings.
Maintain groups as campaigns change
Search by group name, description or slug and filter by status. Update membership when a client changes channels and disable obsolete groups. Before scheduling a multi-account post, review the actual destinations rather than relying only on the group name.

Questions before you start
Does a group connect new accounts?
No. Connect accounts in Channels, then organize the available accounts into groups.
Can I organize accounts by region?
Yes. Use names and internal descriptions to identify the region and review the selected destinations before publishing.
Choose capacity around your work
Review connected accounts, team seats, monthly publishing volume, storage and included credits. Feature availability follows your plan and workspace permissions.
Network capabilities depend on account type, permissions and platform APIs. AI and paid API usage consume credits. Renewal, taxes and payment terms are shown at checkout.
