1. Start with a measurable brief

Choose a campaign objective, audience and a small set of messages. Define what a useful result would look like using metrics your actual accounts can expose. Avoid setting goals that require unavailable attribution data.

2. Prepare channel-specific drafts

Batch media preparation, write the main caption and adapt length, format and links for each network. Keep a single campaign naming convention. Add UTM tags before the review stage so reviewers can test the final links.

3. Review content and permissions

Check facts, asset rights, offer dates and account access. An AI draft needs a human review. Assign the accounts and features each team member needs through workspace permissions.

4. Schedule and verify delivery

Use a calendar with explicit timezones. Follow scheduled, published and failed states. If a provider response times out, inspect the destination before retrying an unconfirmed delivery.

5. Bring observations back to planning

Compare posts within the same period and metric definition. Write down one testable idea for the next week. Keep the routine small enough to repeat consistently.
